1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items purchased through https://comme-des-garcons.xyz.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Gift cards or e-gift cards.
  • Fragrances, undergarments, or accessories for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds do not include:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Customs duties or import taxes (for international orders)

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, depending on availability.
If the desired replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
Include clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will prioritize your replacement or refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider (processing time may vary).

7. International Returns

International customers may return items under the same conditions listed above.
Please note that return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties are non-refundable.
